I absolutely love this pasta! Everything is just right. I’m super picky with food, and this is definitely one of my favorites. The meat doesn’t have any smell, the pasta is cooked perfectly, and the sauce tastes great.
My only recommendation would be to improve the takeout packaging. The food itself is excellent, but better packaging would make the overall experience even better.
Other than that, everything is perfect! Highly recommend! ⭐️

We normally dine in but elected to do carryout this evening. Ordered the steelhead salmon dish and once arrived was the most lackluster thing $41 could get me. The portion was just a piece of salmon with little veggies from the description. Would never order again.

I'm a regular at CE. The mushroom + goat cheese pizza is the best artisan pizza. I have a gluten allergy and the flour the use does not bother me at all. The rigatoni bolognese is the best pasta dish on the menu, seriously so good.

The polenta is amazing! Short ribs too - wish there was more meat and less mushrooms though for the price. Also the focaccia is a MUST. Really can't go wrong.
