The food makes me happy every time. So I wanted to share that feeling with someone else. My 10 year old brother can be a picky eater, but I had him try the Kids Bop anyway-- he loved it!! Cupbop knows how to please everyone with its good variety. And honestly, compared to countless other places, it's a good value for money. You get a lot of food for what you pay. Worth it every time.

Poor quality meat and gave me a smaller portion size than usual. Which is really saying something about their portioning considering they halved them about a year ago. If they get rid of any more it's gonna be 12$ for a 2/3rds of an actual meal.

$3 extra for the saddest excuse of extra beef I have ever had. Over cooked rice, burned chicken and even worse portion size for price point.

The food is very good as usual, could add more protein to the bowls without having to pay extra but that's okay, still worth it. Was still fresh and warm when it got here. What's really of note, however, is their customer service. They were out of the cheesecake flavor that I wanted, so they sent a plain one and wrote "out of cookies and cream, come get one free tomorrow!!! <3" and sent a 5pc of their potstickers instead of the 3 that the bowl usually comes with. Not only did they send a slice of cheesecake and still give a free one of the one I wanted, but they gave me extra food as well. Just thought that was super kind and wanted to point it out. Would order again ❤️
