Glad we tried someplace new! Everything was delicious, especially the Katsu chicken which was so crispy!

I had cupbop a few years ago, I ordered it again and the difference in quality is drastic. They put zero vegetables inside the bowl, the rice was hard and they barely put any meat. I used to love this place but it's absolutely not worth the cost anymore. I won't order again.

Food is okay. Rice and noodles are always stale. But today im just annoyed they charged me $6.30 for cheesecake the size of my palm. False advertising all the way

Love Cupbop but constantly disappointed with the food quality from this specific location. The japchae noodles were undercooked and my Combo Bop Bowl came with 3 tiny pieces of chicken.

Second time I've ordered from this location and the rice was hard and crunchy (probably a day or two old) and the noodles were also likely from the day before. This is a bad practice and makes a delicious meal hard to enjoy. I've never had this problem at other CupBop locations.
