I've never had this place before so this was my first time trying. I got sauce level 4 and 5. They give a good amount of bulgogi beef but they only give 3 pieces of the chicken each so that's crazy to me. I purchased the Seoul & Rock in one bowl and I can't tell the difference honestly. It's tasty but I wish there was a little more meat and cabbage. I would order again.

We ordered 2 Kids Bop Krispy style, Level 5, with a side of Fries. The bowls were small, but that was expected as kids meals. However, there was such a large amount of rice and noodles, and hardly any chicken. Level 5 didn't taste spicy at all and we didn't realize veggies weren't included.
The fries were bland, stale, and the portion size was far too small for nearly $5. The actual katsu chicken tasted good, but the rest of the meal left a lot to be desired. We probably won't be back again.

I had cupbop a few years ago, I ordered it again and the difference in quality is drastic. They put zero vegetables inside the bowl, the rice was hard and they barely put any meat. I used to love this place but it's absolutely not worth the cost anymore. I won't order again.

Food is okay. Rice and noodles are always stale. But today im just annoyed they charged me $6.30 for cheesecake the size of my palm. False advertising all the way

Love Cupbop but constantly disappointed with the food quality from this specific location. The japchae noodles were undercooked and my Combo Bop Bowl came with 3 tiny pieces of chicken.
