We LOVE this place! The portions are massive and so filling. (I can almost get 3 meals out of one order.) I always get the Level 9 , but tried the 10 tonight and it's equally delicious and actually spicy. (Major compliment, most places "spicy" gives me the heat equivalent of black pepper. lol) I love it!

Cup was filled with 90% rice that was dry and seemed old, there was no cabbage, and the carrots were bland soggy while the broccoli fell apart into goo. All other locations I've been to have been amazing, this was disappointing.

The Cupbop taste was spot on and plenty to fill you up. My only complaint would be the rice wasn't as fresh as it could have been, was slightly dried out. But overall it was good, will order again soon.
