Used old burnt cheese, not nacho cheese. Order extra m&m blizzard which has maybe 3 m&ms in it!!!

Dairy Queen is typically my special treat for myself. Food is always good and the cheese curds are amazing. The only issue I had with my most recent order is the New! Caramel Toffee Cookie BLIZZARD® Treat was MIA. The bags were all sealed up, so the driver is definitely not to blame. When I opened the bag with my drink, the blizzard was not packed. Though I did receive a refund for it, it was the one item I was generally looking forward to. To reorder it, I had to pay the fees all over again. I didn't mind tipping the new driver who delivered it. But wish there was an option where the fees were held if reordered within the hour. One of the common issues I encounter is the missing of additional candy pieces when I add them to the blizzard. But overall, things are usually pretty good.

Ice cream is delicious as always but one of my 2 large blizzards had a normal drink lid on it instead of the tall lids and my ice cream was squished out all over the top and sides

They didnt have my order the first time. So I got credit and reordered it. Then this is what I get in return. No sauce on the chicken strips and I have ordered this meal more then once to know that the parmesae and garlic sauce is usual soaked through the container. I will never again order from this Diary Queen. Such a shame because this-is my favorite meal.
