Ive been to DQ's all over the country, the Grand Rapids store hands down has the best Blizzards. They never skimp on the mix ins, and the ice cream is always perfect and dense. 10 stars!

Okay so I seen someone talk about this Grand Rapids one having the best in the country of blizzards and I have to say, I disagree. My blizzards are never blessed all the way. It's always like I'm just eating vanilla ice cream. There's only kids working there and their chicken tenders bust have changed bc they're smaller and taste like cheap peppered frozen ones. I don't mean to be harsh but I truly like tison better. But nothing stops their amazing pretzels!

I ordered 6 pieces I only got 4. Burger looks like they didn't care to make. very disappointed. Spilled my small frys inside the paper bag. Terrible way to make food. They don't care about there job.

there was no bacon, the burger was tough and cold and one of my fries was green....disappointing because usually, DQ has the best burgers!

None of the drinks were marked and one meal was for someone with Diabetes. My fries had piles of salt in them. Pretty disappointed.
