I ordered my food through door dash but picked it up myself. when I got to the store, I could see my order sitting in the window but no one was at the counter. I stood there waiting. when someone finally came to serve me I my fries were cold to the touch. the sandwich itself was done fresh and of great taste however I couldnt eat the fries. the fries should have been dropped fresh when the burger was being made and served fresh at the same time as the burger

the bun was dried out and hard and the ketchup was dripping off really bad! I could barely even eat it. The chocolate shake was awesome!

I usually love the Chicken Strip Baskets w/Drink, but I don't really do fries very often I prefer the cheese curds. Unfortunately they were out of those and to offset the cost they told my dasher they put the equivalent of a large fry in the which it was not. Like I said I don't really do their fries so it was disappointing that they didn't have the cheese curds.

Terrible service!! Blizzard you could drink with a straw. Will not return!! Culver's has our business from time here on out!!
