Both Burgers dryer than the Sahara, no sauces, no cheese or anything in spite of order. Not only cold but wrong side item given. Smaller drink than what should've been gotten. I haven't gone here in over two years, and it seems nothing's changed. 0/5, 0/10, absolute clowns running this DQ.

Missing my French fries, unless you want to count the three in the bottom of the box. Everything was crammed into one box, including napkins, so all items were crumbly and smushed.

The food was cold (could be because my dasher made several deliveries before mine), there is way too much ice in the drinks, the toast is literally sliced bread with NO butter on it, and the gravy was so thick, it felt like I was eating pudding or a custard (that wasn't sweet).

i ordered a large Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat with brownie pieces and chocolate topping. what i got had no brownie pieces but instead loads and loads of chocolate chunks, the strawberries was pushed to the side of the cup and in the middle was just a large chunk of unblended plain ice cream and all the cheesecake pieces was stuck at the bottom and there was also a crack on the side of my cup so my blizzard was just leaking out the side, normally they do an amazing job on their blizzards so i don't know what happened this time
