The food was great, as always. Dairy Queen food is always a step above any other "fast food" place around, and it's open super late for those of us who work weird hours!

Tastes great, portion good price a little extra but worth it. Didn't melt too much and came packaged in a little tray with spoons inside. Both New! Choco Frosted Donut BLIZZARD® Treat and cookie dough delishious and fresh

Side garden salad comes different every time. Sometimes it has cheese and tomato with croutons on the side, sometimes just tomato and nothing else. This time I did ask for no tomato and got nothing but a tiny bit of iceberg lettuce. Container wasn't even half full, no cheese or croutons. I never know what I'm going to get. Not worth the money.

This review is more so for the specific employee that I dealt with today and not so much this location in general!
Being busy is not an excuse for bad customer service or flat out refusing to provide the customer with what they paid for! This Dairy Queen location really needs to bring back the box for customer notes on orders and put the full blizzard menu on these delivery apps so this doesn't happen again! All of this today could have been avoided just by having at least one of those two necessities!
I'm not impressed with my experience today! Normally this location is excellent but this employee was definitely not!
So with that being said, I DO STILL RECOMMEND this Dairy Queen location in all of Niagara region regardless of my experience today because besides this and the two other issues I mentioned above, they are awesome and I do appreciate the rest of the employees and management at this location but also their ice cream tastes better then the Portage road location! 😀🙌🏼

Can't go wrong with a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough BLIZZARD® Treat the Shake is also great. melts a bit from travel but it's still good. The Chicken Strip Baskets is terrible the potion was so small dried up little pieces of chicken, would not recommend. also not fresh, won't order again.
