I was excited to try a new restaurant and support my neighborhood but it was not worth the money or experience.
Both items were fresh just unbelievably bland.
The French toast is simply brioche slices with butter pan seared. No cinnamon, sugar, milk, eggs nothing just bread and butter. Basically overpriced toast.
The potato's lack flavor as well.
I would not order again

The food was delicious. The grits were perfect, the waffle was just right and truly was in no need of syrup as it was light, fluffy and just the right balance of sweetness. Honestly, it was like a home cooked meal I'd make when I have enough time. Definitely a place I'll order from and even suggest to others.

Literally the only place that reminds me of my grandma's cooking when I was young. Very filling, always hot, tastes like back home. It's hard to find well made grits in the city! Shoutout Dalias :)

It had no flavor at all no salt & pepper in the bag no utensils . It was just bland. The French toast didn't even have cinnamon it tasted like regular bread. The toast wasn't even toast. It was regular untasted bread w butter

I wouldn't feed this to my dog, and I don't even like my dog. Runny eggs, burnt bacon, and it looked like they dropped the french toast on the floor a couple of times. Disgusting. Try Jimbo's Hamburgers, close by-similar menu, better food.
