Chicken was tender and flavourful. The hot had just enough spice. The Kale Slaw was sad... small and watery. Do not recommend.

The sauce was REALLLLLYYYY GOOD!!!! Also the chicken was nice crunchy and large. Just a really solid sandwich all round. I swear if it were less than $8 I'd be having it everyday of my life

I got the reaper two Dave's #1 (Two Tenders w/ Fries). Fries are not my favourite as the texture is mostly just crunchy and didn't have too much of a flavour. The tenders were pretty tender but not juicy. Heat was just right, not enough so that it becomes bitter but enough to feel something. Portion size is reasonable for cost.

I ordered the Cauli Tenders and was pretty disappointed. The two tenders came on two separate slices of bread — basically one tender per slice — which felt like a small portion for the price. On top of that, the tenders weren’t even hot or spicy; they were mild in flavor and lacked the “kick” you’d expect from Dave’s Hot Chicken.
The cheese fries were also underwhelming. They had cheese only on the top layer while the rest of the fries underneath were plain and soggy instead of crispy.

Most of the tender was just this extra fried stuff stuck to it. The actual chicken was very tiny (I ate that and left out the extra fried bits)
