Daybird is always consistent and fresh. Lemonade of the day was just sweet enough to wash away Szechuan Hot Chicken Sando seasoning. I got the Side Of Slaw. It is not the cheapest, and I will purposefully save 8 mediocre sandwiches to get 1 Daybird Sando, and it is worth every bite!

Delicious, tender, and I was into the various sauces. Got both the Sando and the tenders. 3 tenders is closer to a proper meal, not like Dave's where one or two is more than enough.

The food is always good but the new Fried Cod Fish Sando is bar none the best fried fish sandwich I have ever had. While pricey, every aspect was impressive: mildly spice breading; moist, firm fish was delicate and faintly buttery; the yuzu tartar cut beautifully through.
The tenders are unique to LA and the spice levels are to be taken seriously. Yet even at the hottest, it invigorates the appetite.

Food remains excellent, I have been ordering from them every once in a while for years and the worst thing to ever happen is a missing sauce here or there. The quality and taste of Daybird's food is superlative! Highly, highly recommend!

Milk tea was okay, had better in San Gabriel. The chicken sandwich was amazing paired with the coleslaw inside. Would've paired well with the sauce
