Three Piece Chicken was golden brown crispy on the outside and so juicy on the inside made to perfection. Sides: cabbage was fire along with mash potatoes and delicious gravy. Porkchop meal delicious as always. Great experience all the time

Absolutely delectable green beans, dirty rice, and most importantly the smothered chicken was delicious, cooked to order but it wasn't a insane wait, I do believe the sides are always ready but the entrees are cooked to order. 100% recommend and you get to support a small business run by a mother and her son amazing!!!!

Food was amazing, some of the best food I've ever had! I wish I took a picture. The portions were huge. I got the country ribs, Mac & cheese, yams & corn bread all of it delicious. And fresh. Will definitely order again

The food here is always so good and so fresh. It's so flavorful and tastes like it was made with love every time. I always recommend this place to everyone I work with. The portions are perfect, maybe a little big for myself but a great size for my s.o. or just to have leftovers for later. If you're looking for an amazing fried catfish this place is the go to. The inside is always super clean and it's a real comfortable place to sit and eat in. I feel like I'm getting all my bang for my bucks here.

DELICIOUS! The Porkchop was crispy outside but juicy inside. The Crawfish Etouffee was amazing. So creamy and full of flavor (better than Yats' version in Indy imo). Cornbread Muffin was so good, it doubled as a dessert! As moist and buttery as cake. And the sides were excellent - Black-eye Peas and red beans and rice were perfect. I was very happy with this first order and definitely will order again! highly recommend.
