Del taco's quality is not what it used to be! And value too. Burritos have become smaller. Not sure I'll eat here again.

They forgot my bacon, chicken tacos were under filled. Food was super cold because the driver took 30 mins longer than estimated

The fries and fried fish were not fresh and poor quality. No option to add green sauce so chicken tacos were plain. Wouldn't order on door dash again.

i get the Double Del® Cheeseburger at least 2-3 times a week. I've never had any issues, never complained, and it's my favorite fast food burger. For some reason today, the Hamburg patty was hard, dry, and difficult to chew. I ordered two, so I thought it might just be that specific one. But then I tried the other one, and it was just as bad. So bad, that i actually chipped my front tooth. Now, I'm not about to do anything extreme and stop ordering from Del Taco, but I would really appreciate it if whoever is preparing the food from there, would take the time to make sure that the food is presentable. Not stale, expired, or rotten. I'm not looking for handouts, or anything for free. I look forward to my next Double Del® Cheeseburger soon.
