Good flavor but the Bisteck con pimientos /steak with peppers was tough. The portions were small compared to what other restaurants are serving for the same price

This has become my favorite place but today I got old pork that has been sitting out in the heat lamp for too long it is hard and super dry! Usually it's cooked to perfection which is why I always order from here I'm not sure what happened today but I can't even eat the meat!

Carimañola was cancled ad supposedto be replaced with Relleno de papa / potato ball. I did not get them. The Arroz con guandules y pernil/ rice with pigeon peas and pork shoulder the pork is dry. The Arroz blanco y pollo guisado / white rice with stewed chicken is amazing.
