They burnt the hashbrowns, this has happened many times. Biscuit was tiny and stale. Terrible

The steak was very thin, less than 1/8". It was extremely overcooked and rubbery. About half the steak was gristle. This was by far the worst steak I've ever seen. The plate had very little broccoli and the potatoes were the wrong kind. I can't believe this was allowed to be sent. Terrible!

The hash brown potatoes were totally edible burned to a crisp. I am surprised that someone had the nerve to even put them in a to go box. I ordered from you guys frequently, but lately things have become incredibly greasy and now this.

Sandwich tasted good, but was way too greasy. There was way too much butter/oil on the bread. It was actually dripping. I threw away the bread top in bottom and I ate the inside of the sandwich only.
