The scrambled eggs I ordered were both sad and cold, looking small with the container being too big for the amount received. The Premium Chicken Tenders seemed a bit overcooked. The Mozzarella Cheese Sticks were fine, though they lacked any stretch. And their Oreo milkshakes used to be better.

So I placed an order for Onion Rings with my Single Cheeseburger and received 6 pieces of onion rings and a smashed cheeseburger. I can't believe I paid this much for something I assumed would be better quality than a fast food drive thru.

The fish was overcooked- we have ordered the New! Fried Fish Platter several times and it is usually good- this time someone left them in the fryer too long. Sides were good

I was really disappointed with my visit. The food was cold, clearly sitting out and not kept in any kind of hot area to maintain proper temperature. For the price, I expected at least a fresh, warm meal.
On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The staff had a condescending attitude the entire time, and instead of addressing my concerns, they acted like I was inconveniencing them by speaking up.
Overall, between the cold food and the rude service, I definitely won’t be coming back. Not recommended.
