• 26-09-19I upgraded the tins with awaze and it melted in my mouth. They used tender, ribeye, like I do at home. Most Ethiopian places use a tougher cheaper, cut of meat. This made all the difference in the world.
The chocolate cake was stale and overpriced at almost 9 dollars. Stick with the food not dessert.

• 23-09-21This is my second time ordering from Desta, and both times the food has been amazing: flavorful, cooked well, and good-sized portions. This time I had sambusas, and Lamb Tibs with a side of Gomen, everything was delicious. Last time I tried to lamb ribs special, also incredible. I'll eat from here anytime I'm in Atlanta!

• 25-12-24Hello I made dordash order and both times I was let down because the potatoes I ordered were not cooked well and crunchy. The second time I ordered mesir was crunchy as well. I also ordered tibiz which you guys add 4 or 5 meat slices and filled the plate with onions and tomato's this totally unacceptable for the prices you guys charge please make sure your sending orders that fit the hype and the description of the company.

• 24-01-07Everything at Desta is so delicious! I could eat it everyday. I love the lamb pasta. The salmon tibs are amazing and all the sides are so nutritious, delicious, and filling, especially the gomen!

• 25-08-07Sorry no pictures. I'm always too excited and start eating first. This food is amazing, served hot, plenty of food and flavorful. The other night Desta was closed so I tried somewhere else. The food is not even close to compare. Desta is my first introduction to Ethiopian. And is now my favorite.
