This place was mind blowingly amazing- specifically the (Gluten-Free) Avocado Prawns ! If you like honey walnut prawns you will love these! They are like a grown up *healthier??* (haha) version! The shrimp were still crispy when they arrived. We also got the Mongolian Beef Chow Mein and it was flavorful and delicious. The meat was fresh, the spice level was perfect, and the noodles were tasty and not greasy. We enjoyed both dishes. I will definitely be ordering from Ding & Spice again to try their other creative takes on Chinese.

The chicken fried rice was probably the best I've had in Oregon. The string beans beef was tender and beans cooked perfectly to a crisp tender. Both were so flavorful and I will be trying more dishes soon!

The Kung Pao Chicken is spicy and flavorful. It's just meat and peanuts, just as it should be! Has chilis and peppercorns for a nice dimensional spice. (Gluten-Free) Deep-Fried Szechuan Crispy Beef is nice and crispy with a ton of flavor!

Not much piquant spice or numbing spice. Beef was still crispy upon delivery. Fried rice is mid. Pro move is to eat most the beef then stir the rice into the oil with all the other little bits of chilies and stuff, then you get a little bit of the spice. Overall not bad.
