The food is always good but when I go in person to order the food, there's a good portion of meat on the sandwich as this time I had 3 small pieces of meat. The milk tea was awesome like always.

The Thai milk tea from Ding Tea used to be my favorite because it was sweet and creamy but over the past few months the drinks and sandwiches are getting very bland. The grilled pork sandwich used to be so juicy and flavorful but now it just tastes like oil and stale bread.

It was delicious I wish the range of delivery was still larger, because I can no longer order from them sadly. If the range is ever extended again I'll definitely continue ordering from here was my favorite place for boba tea!

It was good and they listened to my instructions. Rare lol. The cofee and hazelnut tasted authentic, I got 25% sweet and could have went no sugar. Love the flavor

Always amazing!! The caramel coffee smoothie and jasmine milk tea smoothie are my favorite. Highly recommend the butter toast things!
