All in all, the burger is great. Perfectly cooked and seasoned meat. Think shake shack but better and honestly a better price all together. The only downfall I would say is that the loaded fries came all mushed together because of the delivery driver. However we also got tots and they were perfectly golden and crispy. Everything was hot and fresh.

When I ordered from here, I assumed it was an actual restaurant. But before I even opened the bag, I could tell it wasn’t based on how the food was packaged. It seemed more like a ghost kitchen than an established burger spot.
The quality of the food was honestly worse than what I get from my local bodega. I spent **$51** on three burgers and two orders of fries, so I expected much better. The burger patties were clearly frozen rather than fresh, which I could have overlooked, except they tasted freezer-burnt.
Overall, the quality just wasn’t there for the price. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I would have much rather spent my money at Shake Shack, Five Guys, or honestly anywhere else. It’s disappointing that people are paying this much for food of this quality.
For the price, this was one of the most disappointing burger orders I’ve had. I wouldn’t order again or recommend it

There's no way that this smash burger is worth $18! The Dirty Fries are also just disgusting! Worst place ever

One thing I will say is I love DirtyBurger because they offer tatter-tots and they are crisp and so far never soggy. I enjoy them. Their burgers are good too I personally would prefer my onions diced smaller but a good burger. Thank you
