My Beet and Goat Cheese Salad was delicious! Large selection of greens, topped with beets, goat cheese, cranberries, walnuts and a very tasty balsamic dressing. The Fried Green Tomatoes were crispy and cooked to perfection, and I really enjoyed the dressing that came with it.

Country Fried Steak was awful. Lima beans had so much pepper not edible. Mash potatoes were load with garlic and too salty. White gravy had no flavor, awful.$29 wasted. I'm sorry it was just bad. Maybe they were just having an off day.

The Beet and Goat Cheese Salad is an unsung hero on Dish's menu. Fresh, generously portioned, housemade dressing, and delicious!

The chicken and dumplings seemed old. As if they had been sitting on the stove top for hours getting dry. The macaroni and cheese and the green beans tasted nothing like they used to, in a bad way. Is there a new chef? What is going on? this used to be classic and always good. Also meals don't come with a biscuit or a deviled egg anymore. What's up with that?

A fantastic old neighborhood place that has faced the test of time and wild gentrification. The Country Fried Steak and collard greens are peerless. If you're a recent transplant, be sure to pay respects to your new home and try some of the best Southern food in the city. Bar's great too.
