Something has changed. I rated these guys highly before but today, after ordering something I have ordered many times before, my rating has dropped significantly. I ordered a chicken donair. The chicken was so gross, I thought it was a different kind of meat, which I do not eat and ended up throwing it away and phoning them. I got credit and I reordered. They were very apologetic and sent me some extras (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1) but sadly the "chicken" was the same; hard, dark with a pork like texture and so much soggy gross chicken skin, I threw it away again. I found out that others from my group order that ordered chicken, also threw theirs away. Biting into soggy, slimy, chewy chicken skin is very offputting. I am not sure what's happened there, but today was so much different than any other time we have ordered. Even the wrap itself was not as soft as usual. I ordered a falafel donair as well - it also was not as good as I've had before. Falafels were thin and dry. I'm sad - this was one of my newer favorite go to's.
