• 24-04-10The donuts were hot and delicious. The only thing I can complain about is that the app showed the restaurant making the order and no updates. I had to call the restaurant after waiting 40 minutes only to find that the order had been delivered. Notifications would have been greatly appreciated next time :)

• 25-06-04Nothing particularly kinder surprise about it, comes with crushed wafer sticks instead of kinder bueno. Quite sure that the donuts are just deep fried coles cinnamon donuts also.

• 24-03-15Had to call the store twice to follow up on order. Arrived 40 minutes after latest estimated delivery time. Donuts were okay but let down by overall experience.

• 24-02-19took over an hour to arrive when I was quoted 20. very bad communication. called them multiple times. terrible customer service. milkshake was warm. donuts were good though.
