I LOVE the vanilla cream Filled Long Johns. Today they only had one, but offered to substitute. That was fine. I got my fix!
Last time I ordered someone had put the thick white frosting on them instead of the glaze. This time its the correct glaze! So good!

I've ordered before, but this has been the best experience yet. There was a note left that they only had 1 more long john, so they subbed it with 2 donuts instead. Very thoughtful!! Plus, The donuts were warm and by far the softest cake donuts i've ever had. Highly recommend!

The quality is always good but I think it would help if customers were able to have an option of donuts on the app. I don't think it's fair to have to call as a customer when i'm paying extra for delivery fees as it is. Just a suggestion.

I order 2 donuts: chocolate long John and cherry cake donut. They didnt have the long John and gave me 4 donuts total to make up for it! Very sweet, thank you!!
