First time ordering and really disappointed. The donuts were hot and fresh going in the box but so hot that all of the icing melted off and left us with hard sticky mess. I've never had to chew icing before. Good size donuts though. Not sure we would order again.

Genuinely the worst donuts I've ever had. Ridiculously sweet and whatever flavorings they use for the glaze and drizzle are off-putting. They are also cake donuts, which is rather disappointing. The one donut not in the picture was thrown away. There are far better donut places for very similar prices.

I was excited to see a duck donuts since it's been years since last time I had it. It was disappointing to see how small the donuts are now, and they tasted stale. The coconut one looked nothing like the picture...french toast had no taste. All in all a disappointment.

The donuts were made poorly. There was more icing on the box than the donut. The donuts need to cool before icing.

Build Your Own Half Dozen were warm and taste was good, however, I payed extra for Donut Celebration to have the box decorated with bow and was not presented that way. Also the Frappe was half filled and no whip cream, definitely not as pictured.
