This was my first time ever ordering off of duck donuts since moving to Illinois a year ago and it is 10x better than Dunkin and that's coming from someone who doesn't like switching things up when it comes to my Dunkin lattes!!
The donuts I ordered were fresh and not super sweet like other shops I've been to. The coffee is also not overly sweet! It was perfect!

I normally LOVE Duck Donuts. They are usually so good that I get them every time we have out of town guests visiting or when we want to surprise friends, family, co-workers or professional establishments with high end quality donuts. This last order was subpar. The frosting was just a glaze at best - it wasn't the classic white frosting. The add ons were barely on the donuts. They looked sad and soggy. I was really disappointed. However, it was the first time it was like this. But it was bad enough for this review.

Way too expensive for the donuts. On line it said $15 but I was charged $19.50. For 6 small donuts. Will not order again or recommend them.

great donuts!! customer service was awesome. I ordered from out of state for grandsons birthday and they were so helpful!! highly recommend!!
