Please send straws with orders. This happens a good bit. Otherwise, coffee is great and store has order ready quickly.

I ordered a large coffee and it arrived half empty. I didn't pay $40 to have half a coffee delivered. Highly disappointing.

2nd time I've order 1/2 dozenand  been disappointed. Both times the donuts seemed stale and both times, the cholcolatfrosted were covered in sprinkles. I don't like sprinkles. I didnt ask for sprinkles  iordered two vanilla cream and they had NO cream.

I always get an iced chai from Dunkin. I can stand the fact they don't fill the cup all the way with DD so it doesn't spill, but they always give me one pump of syrup in my large drink! I can't change how many pumps go in it on the app! please make my chai taste like chai instead of spiced milk!

If someone orders a large  please give them a large not a small drink in a large cup. Continue to receive drink not completely filled.
