Things have changed here over the past 60 days. All my orders were accurate and fast. The coffee was good and donuts, too. Good job turning things around and improving.

the Frozen Matcha Latte was good and just what i asked for but it wasn't blended all the way through so i had chunks of ice still in the drink. The Loaded Hash Browns were good though i really like the queso and bacon and they weren't stingy with the bacon which i like! i will say the drink and food were still fresh and didn't melt which im also grateful for.

How in the world can you make two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and  only  use two pieces of bacon. I am well aware of rising food costs but we Are seeing those even out overall. Sourdough Breakfast Sandwiches were supposed to be toasted. Seemed more like the cook ran a bic lighter underneath the bread for a few secs on his smoke break. Worst breakfast sandwich around hands down.

Food came cold and soggy. Cheese not even melted on my 'toasted' sandwich. It looks and tastes like they stuck it in the oven for about 15 seconds before tossing it in a box. Classic Donuts order wrong, gave sprinkle donut and I definitely did not order sprinkles. Old fashioned donut falling apart. I'm very dissatisfied with this order, enough to write a review which I usually don't.

My caramel iced coffee with almond milk and sugar tastes like straight black coffee. The 2 donuts that are chocolate iced with sprinkles are sticky.
