the Loaded Hash Browns was a little disappointing look wise, but pretty tasty. i wish there was a little more queso but it's Dunkin donuts... the Mango Pineapple Dunkin' Refresher was very delightful and refreshing, a very sweet way to start the day off with!!

I received the wrong Original Blend Iced Coffee my Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread was harder than a rock and black in color due to it being over toasted and possible an old bagel. My Hash Browns were smashed in a ball and rolling around the original bag.

They gave me an iced latte instead of a hot one. The little ticket on the coffee even said hot latte. Terrible service. Also, one of the sandwiches I ordered was not toasted as requested. The donuts I ordered were not fresh.

I ordered One hot matcha w oatmilk and caramel and One iced matcha w oatmilk and caramel . I did not receive the correct order. Instead I got 2 iced matcha latte with bland flavor as if they only put milk and matcha. As much as I paid I would expect the correct order.

I requested two jelly donuts for me but got it replaced with a glazed I'm allergic to glazed donuts. :( and my Iced Matcha Latte is too watery :( the Dunkin' Refreshers doesn't have much green tea :/
