Iced Latte was not flavored and was only partially filled. Frozen Coffee tasted weird.

4 stars bc at least everthing is here. They made sure to send me my complete order. The crossaint I got with Egg and Cheese tastes bad. The American cheese and bread taste old the flavor of the egg is delish though. The wake up Wake-Up Wrap® same story I ordered it with cheddar but they put American and the cheese doesn't taste right. The MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats were okay though

The sandwich and refresher were delicious, but one person's whole order was never delivered with no contact for replacement. Thus, one person had no food or drink whatsoever. A poor excuse for service.

The sandwich bread was BURNT BLACK. Worst sandwich I've ever received. Did not fill the drink order correctly, with no reach out for substitution - just sent what they wanted to. Dunkin' may be trying to compete with Starbucks, but loses this round miserably. Maybe they should just stick with donuts (which were the best part of this order)
