Seems to care about customers by always having fresh coffee and products. I have been a dunking customer for many years not only in St Louis but in the state of Jansas as well. I would not use every day if dunking was not consistent. I will order again though there are many coffee shops in my area. Dunking had a good portion and great taste. Their donuts are awesome

I usually do not have problems with my donuts but this time, all the frostings were either melted or runny. some donuts were caved in a bit. Not sure how this happened. The store is just over a mile away so it's doubtful they melted on trip to my home. Wondered if donuts were warm when frosted? All were very sticky.

The hash browns were soggy and a small portion size. The donut holes were an odd squishy texture and somehow dry at the same time. The iced coffees were good, though, as were the breakfast sandwiches.

My bagel sandwich had cheese and I specifically said no cheese. My tots are soggy and burned. The coolant drink is horrible.

Order was not filled Correctly. Wrong donuts I ordered double chocolate was sent glazed. Eat no fried foods would like today the right donuts. The midnight coffee cup was half full Need replacement of both today. I am an excellent customer
