I was not happy with my order this time. I had a few issues and the resolution was not helpful and cost me more money. The hash browns were undercooked, we didnt receive either one of our munchkin boxes. We had to order munchkins because we couldnt even choose our classic donut flavors because there was nowhere to choose your flavor. When I reached out to DoorDash to resolve this they gave me money back but I still had to put more money out because I had to tip the dasher who brought the rest of my order.

Coffee tasted great. My issue is that I ordered an iced Iced Cappuccino. I received the drink with regular ice instead of the crushed ice. So the coffee was not put through the mixer. Basically, I paid more for a Cappuccino and got a latte. It tasted great though. The Classic Donuts was very fresh.

you shouldn't send old donuts thru door dash. we pay a lot of money for fresh products. at 720am I shouldn't receive old donuts.
