The bagel was old the bread part. And the hot chocolate tasted like water . I mixed it but still taste like water . Also the lid had chocolate splash all over the whole lid.

All of the donuts are mushy and sticky. Paying $11 and not being able to enjoy what you ordered is always disappointing. The toasted bagel was good, but the donuts felt like wet pool noodles .

Wake-Up Wrap® - Maple Sugar Bacon was lukewarm and shoddily done, Hot Chocolate tasted watered down, Hash Browns were clearly burnt.

I placed a pickup order and my boyfriend went to pick it up I chose the pick up option through the drive through. They told him he had to come inside to grab it when he did, they did not greet him did not speak to him once. When he was leaving no goodbye have a good day, the manager was on site and did not speak either. Never going back.
