I gave a bad review  once this location. I was soo upset with my coffee order. The manager reached out personally and made me my coffee just the way I like it. I use to like the store on Wesley Chapel but this one right here became my favorite. My coffee is always right!! I work from home so I stay ordering coffee to get me through the day.  Thank-you  for the wonderful coffee

This Dunkin never disappoints!  Food is excellent every single time, and I order once a week.  I have honestly never eaten at another Dunkin that taste this good.

my coffee tasted like milk. I was insured by a manager my drink would be correct going forward but last night it was incorrect. I was too tired last night to check.  I poured a shot of expresso into my coffee after pouring half out and it still taste like milk. less ice does not mean more milk.
