Was excited to order a heart-shaped donut filled with brownie batter inside. it was my own fault for forgetting to click on" refund if not available," plus it was TINY and a bit crush (bag was handed neatly, btw) My frozen coOlatta was straight liquid, not a bit of ice. -Croissant breakfast sandwich asked to be toasted.. received edges burnt. Yet inside the middle area tasted good, lmao. An employee must be having a bad day on Valentine's Day. 💔

The matcha was very disappointing. It tasted like coconut water. There was barely any matcha. Probably will be the last time I get one

This store is horrible! I have had to go back a handful of times to have them remake my drinks! Today it was like mocha water and they called it a latte! The staff is rude and make you wait for your orders way to long! I will not be going there anymore !!! Door dash should not use them!
