Ordered the iced latte and it was basically all milk with sweetener. The Sweet Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon was completely burnt. Probably one of the worse dunkins I've had.

Bagel was nowhere near toasted. There was barely a spoonful of cream cheese on it. Didn't receive the coffee roll I ordered. The only thing that was good about the entire order was my coffee... thank god.

The sandwich was burnt. All my items were cram in one small bag. And only 5 little hash browns overcooked as well. Very diss

Hot Chocolate was great. Not too sweet which is perfect for me. My coworker thought not sweet enough. So, I guess if you want sweeter, add something to it. I ordered the plain hot chocolate. I was disappointed with the donuts. I did not receive the ones I ordered. I ordered glazed chocolate donuts so not too messy while working at my desk. I received chocolate glazed donuts with sprinkles. Now I have sprinkles in my keyboard.
