Stuffed mini bagels are surprisingly good when they're warm. If they aren't warm when they get to you, tell the store. Because they promise that the mini bagels will be warm. And they are, at least in my experience.

The donuts were stale and the "8" pieces of bacon arrived in a huge gross burnt clump. Very disappointed.

The maple bacon is absoltrlt delicous and to me Dunkin' Classic Donuts has the best donuts but their Original Blend Iced Coffee is just too strong for me. That's likely the case across the brand, I'm not sure, it doesn't taste that strong when I prepare Dunkin' Donuts brand coffee at home, so I'm not sure, and no matter how much cream I add it's still too strong. It's a shame because it is high quality tasting coffee otherwise. I also haven't gotten a chocolate glazed donut once when ordering. I always get regular glazed. While I like glazed donuts and did eat it without complaint, that's not what I was craving or ordered. Please improve menu availability and/or update items that are out or turn the substitution option to on for items that frequently run out. Those two changes would make a world of difference.

told my dasher that all 6 of my donuts were in a bag with my sandwhichs. they are not in the bag and why would you put donuts with frosting piled on top of each other in a bag second time this happened at this location
