the grilled cheese was very clearly old, the cheese was discolored from the warmer, and so melted half of it was soaked into the cardboard so I pulled off chunks of cardboard from thr box when I peeled it up from its container. the hash browns were soggy. the wrap was actually piping hot, which shows how old the other items were. The Half Dozen Donuts were hard as rocks. Stale . Had to stick them in the microwave for a few seconds for them to be edible. Coffee was perfect as usual.

Tried to call to confirm they had flavors I wanted, but no answer on 3 attempts. I ordered a dozen donuts and got 10. As expected and why I tried to call, I only got 5 of the 12 flavors I ordered. I've had the same issue with other locations. Shorted 2 donuts and did not get flavors I paid for.
