• 26-07-27the grilled cheese was very clearly old, the cheese was discolored from the warmer, and so melted half of it was soaked into the cardboard so I pulled off chunks of cardboard from thr box when I peeled it up from its container. the hash browns were soggy. the wrap was actually piping hot, which shows how old the other items were. • 25-09-14My Iced Dunkalatte was made to PERFECTION!!! Very flavorful, FRESH and filled to the rim!! I'll definitely be ordering again!

• 26-01-30The Half Dozen Donuts were hard as rocks. Stale . Had to stick them in the microwave for a few seconds for them to be edible. Coffee was perfect as usual.

• 25-02-04Tried to call to confirm they had flavors I wanted, but no answer on 3 attempts. I ordered a dozen donuts and got 10. As expected and why I tried to call, I only got 5 of the 12 flavors I ordered. I've had the same issue with other locations. Shorted 2 donuts and did not get flavors I paid for.
