Dunkin in South Carolina was the worst I ever been too! My avocado toast had bad guacamole on it and said it was good one which was a lie! The coffee they got wrong and certain drinks the substitute they made on their own because they did y have all ingredients was awful and nasty. Same thing everytime donuts didn't have powdered sugar on them when they are suppose too with white cream in them. Ask to change it and fix the wrong drinks thru have is but nothing,tried to go I but nobody could help me toms of people I side it so then called them left messages nothing I told them multiple times no one asked to see what they could do to fix it it make it better. Madison Wisconsin Dunkin' Stores make this place look like the bottom of the barrel! So much for good service and food at this Dunkin! Disappointing and never again!

I ordered a medium-hot chai latte, but it was not very warm. Additionally, I found that the chai flavor was absent; it tasted primarily of sweetened milk. There were no notes of pumpkin or toasted almond, just a basic sweetened milk with some foam. I am quite puzzled as to why this drink costs approximately six dollars, as it seems rather expensive for what was essentially sweetened milk without the expected spices or proper chai latte characteristics.
