My Original Blend Iced Coffee was a little strong but nothing awful, id rather it be a bit to strong than to watery

Not sure what happened at their store today but nothing in my order was fresh, Hash Browns were soggy and tasted stale or off; Also, it's unprofessional, poor quality and poor representation to have a dirty stained donut box delivered.

My hasbrowns were undercooked. My sandwich literally had one piece of cheese and one piece of bacon on it. The bread was burnt.

cold brew coffee I got here tasted old and burnt(weird for a COLDBREWED coffee to taste burnt)
glazed donuts were good but every other flavor we got with icing on it tasted sour.
I love dunkins donuts and just moved to this town so I was exctied to get my favorite coffee again from them but was seriously disappointed.

the donuts were fine but the Matcha Latte and the Chai Latte came with curdled milk and tasted expired. we got them remade but had to drive all the  way back to the store to pick them up. All i can say is i didnt expect such low standards from such a big chain.
