Had a 20% off deal and decided to try it. Was shocked by the lack of options compared to Starbucks and Tim Hortons, like cold foam, sweet cream and can't figure out how much cream/sugar/flavorto add depending on the size. Other coffee shops add a certain amount depending on the size of the cup. I don't work there but I have to figure out to measure how much of each thing is supposed to be in each size cup?

My bagel was hard, the cream cheese tasted spoiled, the wake up wraps were just plain old disgusting. The donut was dry and barely had glaze on it. The only thing that was good was the coffee. Will not order again.

I've ordered form this Dunkin multiple times now. I've always been satisfied with the quality and the speed at which this location operates. I would definitely order again.
