Yesterday when I ordered at this Dunkin, my order was recieved incorrect. I was very upset and called the store once it wasn't as busy at my job. I spoke to the manager Jane (I think that's her name) and she was so sweet and so nice and actually listened to what I had to say. She then offered to remake my whole order as an apology. Thank you so much to that manager, you have no idea how nice you were and how much you made my day! The drink is so yummy and the bagel and doughnut are so good too! Thank you so much again :)

I got the iced chai and it tastes like the milk is spoiled had to throw the whole drink away very disappointed
