edit I reviewed the wrong Dunkin..Timberlake dunkin always has the best experiences. No issues with my order and sealed accordingly. Forgive me for not checking address again before review.

Somehow they forgot to put the coffee in my Iced Cappuccino and sent me iced french vanilla milk, so weird. The hasbrowns were also very cold and mushy. MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats were a bit old/stale tasting. However, the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was a decent temperature and made correctly. Did not send a straw either.

There was almost no chocolate on the "chocolate" donuts.  They were very small this time and not up to their usual quality.  Very disappointed this time.

Egg bites burnt to a literal crisp. Bacon so hard I thought I had broken a tooth. Latte missing extra shot of espresso. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Going to the actual store I've never had an issue but either there is too much coffee or no coffee added to the beverages. Like others have said I have received nothing but milk and sometimes the coffee is way too strong. I love dunkin and I hope this store gets it together soon.
