My doughnuts were all good, my coffee was good. My espresso had cooled slightly by the time it was delivered, but that's only because it was in a normal-sized cup for safe delivery. All good otherwise.

Frozen Coffee we packaged amazingly! Love the new bags. Also great taste and still mostly frozen! The  Plain Stuffed Bagel Minis tasted slightly off but still good!

I'm sure the store was just busy - but my Iced Matcha Latte was mostly just oat milk - barely had a green color to it :(( and my bag of Hash Browns wasn't even halfway filled.

Sandwich wasn't toasted, it was a generous portion but because of that it was a difficult to manage. The flavor was good.  Cut in half would have been nice.
Hsshbrowns placed in sack, allowing the steam to 'sog' each serving.  Soggy hash browns? .... um.... Nope.

The 23rd street location is awful. We didn't get our Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich. We received a bag of smashed and cold Hash Browns, only half of the Plain Stuffed Bagel Minis and Everything Stuffed Bagel Minis we ordered and the ones we did get were cold and gross. This is not new for this store but this is the worst it has been.
