dunkin's Maple Sugar Snackin' Bacon in jonesboro is always amazing. They normally always give a little more than the normal. love it to go on my Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich leaving me lil extra to fill my craving. i wouldn't be able to eat a croissant any other way nor any other place again. thank you dunkin

Was excited for the new Piney Flats Dunkin' to open because the Elizabethton Dunkin' has gone downhill significantly—almost every order from the Betsy store is missing at least one item and/or has serious quality issues. Unfortunately, my first order from the new Piney Flats store was also disappointing. My small Macchiato was only about halfway full. It was also only lukewarm upon arrival, and the espresso tastes quite burnt and very acidic—each sip feels like it's somehow coating my nasal passages with the bitter, acidic tang of burnt coffee. This is so disappointing, since for a long time, Dunkin' was my go-to spot for coffee, even over Starbucks. Nowadays, even McDonald's coffee is LIGHTYEARS ahead of the swill Dunkin' is peddling!
I will say, the Chai Latte and Munchkins we ordered were just fine. Nothing crazy, but not gross either, unlike my Macchiato.
I'm sure my coworkers will rope me into getting Dunkin' again in the future, so hopefully by that point, things will improve, and I can update my review to reflect those improvements.

Usually very good but this Wake-Up Wrap® - Sweet Black Pepper Bacon as you can see was wadded up and the totilla was hard, not crispy, hard to eat. Just raked it off and ate the 1/2 egg and bacon by itself. Coffee was good and the Apple Fritter is the absolute best thing.

awesome store ❤️they forgot to put the donuts in with my order, but the next time i ordered, they remembered and gave me a half dozen donuts on the house ❤️
