I order the BBQ ribs and warm potato salad all the time and tonight was the best it's ever been. The meat fell off the bones and the warm potato salad was the best ever!! Kudos to whoever made it tonight!!

Ive been Earls a hundred times in the past and 9x out of ten have a great Hunan Kung Pao with Chicken and been pleased with my order. This online order came with 5 pieces of chicken no bigger than 1/2 inch. The 10 peppers I had were good (not very hot)as well as the vegetables except that the chicken was few, only 5, small, hard & extremely over cooked.
Other than that it was great:-)

Lately, the food quality from earls has been awful. I ordered a large cesar salad, but it was super small and barely any parmesan cheese. was extremely disappointed. The time before that the portion was equally very small and barely had any spice when I requested the maximum amount of Chili's in the Hunan Kung Pao. Don't think I'll be ordering from Earls anymore. consistently disappointed.

The main concern was getting the Caesar salad with the burger. They charge an extra $3-4 and you basically get a bunch of romaine, a few croutons and literally no cheese. Just don't see where they are getting this surcharge from.

Ordered a side of fries and was not very big for charging $10.75. Tofu for salad was also not very much. Fettuccine Alfredo sauce was pretty watery. Have ordered many times from here and usually get the same order so am pretty aware of what the portion sizes should be and this order was a big miss for what we were charged. Between what Earls charges and DoorDash for its services you would expect more. Simply not alright.
