The banh mi was incredible. Excellent flavor, tender, and well balanced ratio of veggies to protein. The pho broth was delicious and very hearty. I was a bit disappointed with the amount of meat on the short rib. They gave me 2 bones that looked like they had been nearly picked clean. Still recommend this place though because it was all delicious! The pot stickers were fried and packaged on a bed of shredded lettuce. The lettuce was wilty and kinda gross since it sat in there with the hot pot stickers, but they were pretty good nonetheless.

Eatz has the best Pho in Louisville! My favorite is the Pho Filet but the Chicken Pho is also delicious

Wings were great, needed a bit of spice. Spicy pork banh mi was just made right, spicy and fresh.

overpriced and poor quality. the broth in particular is not good quality. you can tell by the fact that it is very watery when chilled over night. Good quality broth will be thick when it's cold.
