Peorias premier Bruch spot, offering traditional favorites as well as unique options to escape the ordinary.
Food was really good. The chicken was nice and crispy but lacked flavor. The honey isn't great unless you really love honey, while the syrup was nice. The grits were perfect. Drinks are awesome small size.

I really wanted to enjoy this meal, but overall it fell short of expectations. The presentation was impressive, and at first glance it looked like a thoughtfully prepared, upscale dish. Unfortunately, the flavors didn’t match the appearance. The food lacked seasoning, depth, and balance, which made the experience feel underwhelming and overpriced for the quality received.
The chicken and waffles arrived fresh, and the texture was great. The tenders were large and crispy, and the waffles had a nice golden finish. However, the chicken itself had no noticeable seasoning or flavor. I’m not even sure if I received the spiked honey, because it didn’t add any sweetness or heat. The apples were cooked well and added a small touch of freshness, but they couldn’t make up for the lack of flavor in the main dish.
Both the Lavender Lemonade and the Strawberry Lemonade were also disappointing. They were watered down, lacking sweetness and brightness. Even after accounting for the ice, they still tasted flat and uninspired. The flavor was closer to a basic fast-food lemonade than a handcrafted drink.
The portion sizes were fair, and the meal was neatly packaged and arrived in good condition. However, the flavors simply didn’t deliver. The restaurant aims for an upscale experience, but the food tasted basic and one-dimensional. For the price point, I expected more care and attention to seasoning.
In short, the food looked great but had very little flavor. It felt like high-end presentation with no taste to match. I won’t be ordering again.

Avacado was firm and brown. Rice and beans had a good texture but no flavor. Chilaquiles lacked any interesting flavor and was a soggy clump. "Extra crispy" bacon was flabby, "extra crispy" hash browns were soggy with butter. Would not recommend for these prices.

Delicious chilaquiles! Crispy hash browns with cheddar cheese were crisp! No soggy hashbrowns! Will definitely order again!

They forgot 2 breakfasts (Nutella pancakes & overnight oats) & our drink plus 2 orders of maple syrup (they charge 2.00 per side of syrup).
They redelivered the Nutella pancakes with no Nutella.
The French toast & waffles didn't come with anything (butter, syrup, etc).
Because the waffles, French toast & pancakes were dry with no toppings, they weren't enjoyable.
