I ordered the Single Bagel with Shmear TOASTED and it was maybe warmed, but definitely not toasted. There was only one toasted/brown mark on the bagel. I don't like warm floppy bagels. I prefer to have what I ordered. I tried to put in a special request for extra toasted, but the store wouldn't accept special requests. Very disappointing...

I get the Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich and it's reliable. Wish there were more coffee options to order like Lattes.

kinda really poor this time around. lox bagel way too much onion and cream cheese not toasted ask requested and at the price that's highly unreasonable

There is absolutely no cream cheese. You're charging $3 for a subpar bagel and an additional $2.20 for cream cheese and there isn't even a tablespoon of cream cheese. Absolutely ridiculous. Gibs will beat you out in no time.
